Cosmetic seconds: Cosmetic flaws will not affect overall performance of the product. Primary flaw of pan is appearance of fine scratches prior to hardcoat process; lids may be scratched or dented.
The Alpine Fry-Bake Pan is spun from .062” 60-61 “O” temper aluminum then given Uniform Anodic Coating of .002 inches of clear hardcoat. Pan measures 8″ in diameter x 1 1/2″ deep. Pan weighs approximately 7 oz.
