The Deep Alpine Fry-Bake Pan is spun from .062” 60-61 “O” temper aluminum then given Uniform Anodic Coating of .002 inches of clear hardcoat. The pan measures 8″ diameter at the rim, 6 7/8 ” at the bottom and 2 1/2″ deep; it weighs under 8 oz and holds up to 6 c (1.4 liters) when full.
