One pan does it all – fry, sauté, steam and bake. Clean up is simple.
Cosmetic seconds: Cosmetic flaws will not affect overall performance of the product. Primary flaw of pan is appearance of fine scratches prior to hardcoat process; lids may be scratched or dented.
The Expedition Fry-Bake Pan is spun from .090” 60-61 “O” temper aluminum then given Uniform Anodic Coating of .002 inches of clear hardcoat; weighs less than 19 oz.
